Important information:

• You have to book an appointment for wellness treatments. This schedule will be exclusively given to you. Therefore, cancellations are only possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the treatment.
• Please be at the thermal bath cashier desks 30 minutes before your appointment and in the wellness area ten minutes before your appointment.
• Massages and treatments that are cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment will be fully charged.

TIP: Borrow a bathrobe for € 7.00 or a towel for € 5.00 at the thermal bath cash desk for your stay in the Balinea Thermen.
